1 Introduction

MarantelliBet is a licensed bookmaker in the State of Victoria, Australia. These Terms and Conditions apply to all wagering activities conducted by MarantelliBet via the website maranteiiibet.com, telephone, or mobile applications.

By opening an account or placing a bet with MarantelliBet, you agree to be bound by:

2 Account Eligibility and Verification

To utilize our online or telephone sportsbook, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in Australia. All users are required to undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification processes in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth).

Verification of identity must be completed within 72 hours of account opening. We utilize approved third-party services (such as greenID) to verify driver licence or Medicare information. If identity verification is not completed successfully within the required timeframe, your account will be suspended, deposits locked, and any pending wagers or withdrawals withheld until verification is finalised.

• Each customer is permitted a single account only. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual will be closed immediately.
• All profile details (name, billing address, phone, date of birth) must be accurate and matches your legal credentials.
• Accounts must be operated for personal wagering purposes only. Commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

3 Wagering Rules and Settlements

All bets placed online or via telephone are subject to our wagering rules and maximum dividend payouts. Online transactions require a minimum bet of $1.00. Telephone wagers require a minimum stake of $10.00.

Bets are deemed valid only after they have been confirmed by our systems and a transaction ID is issued. Customers are responsible for verifying their bets are correct in the Bet Slip before confirming the transaction. Once confirmed, bets cannot be altered or cancelled by the customer.

In the event of an obvious error in pricing or scheduling, MarantelliBet reserves the right to void any affected bets. If a match or racing event is postponed or cancelled, payouts will be settled in accordance with the specific sporting body rules.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Guidelines

We support deposits via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All deposits must be paid in Australian Dollars (AUD). Funds deposited into your account must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified Australian bank accounts or PayPal accounts that match your registered name. No third-party withdrawals are permitted. All deposited funds must be turned over at least once before a withdrawal request can be processed, in compliance with federal anti-money laundering policies.

5 Responsible Gambling Code

MarantelliBet supports responsible wagering practices. We provide features that allow members to enforce deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) or take temporary cooling-off breaks. Any requested decrease to a deposit limit takes effect instantly. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off delay.

We participate in BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register. Registering with BetStop prevents you from opening or operating accounts with all online wagering operators in Australia.

6 Complaints and Disputes

For any complaint or wager dispute, customers must submit details in writing to our support team. We review all complaints based on transaction records and regulatory codes. If you remain dissatisfied with our resolution, you may refer your grievance to the Victorian Bookmakers' Association (VBA), Racing Victoria, or the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).
